• Professional guidance

Users act entirely at their own risk.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user profiles
• The success of collaborations
• The reliability or conduct of users
• Any specific outcomes

4. Third-Party Interactions

All transactions, agreements, collaborations, or disputes between users occur outside our control. We are not responsible for:

• Misconduct
• Fraud
• Non-performance
• Damages caused by other users

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONUNDI is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Misunderstandings between users
• Any acts or omissions of users

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

1. Be Respectful

Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.

2. Be Honest

Do not impersonate others, post misleading information, or hide your identity to deceive users.

3. No Spam

Do not send unsolicited promotions, repetitive messages, or advertising.

4. No Illegal Behavior

This includes:

• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech
• Defamation
• Fraud
• Scams
• Attempts to hack or exploit the platform

5. Appropriate Content Only

No explicit, harmful, or dangerous content.

6. Collaborations Are Your Responsibility

ONUNDI is not involved in agreements between users. Manage communication, payment, and deliverables independently.

7. Reporting

Violations can be reported via support@onundi.com.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

We aim to ensure a safe environment, but safety depends largely on user behaviour.

1. Personal Safety

Do not share:

• Passwords
• Sensitive financial details
• Private identification documents
• Your home address

2. Meeting Other Users

If meeting collaborators in person:

• Meet in public places
• Tell someone where you are
• Use caution

ONUNDI is not responsible for offline interactions.

3. Financial Safety

Use secure payment methods outside the Platform (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services). We do not handle user-to-user payments.

4. Report Suspicious Activity

Report fraud, abuse, or misconduct to support@onundi.com.

5. Platform Safety

We implement technical measures such as:

• Encryption
• Access controls
• Monitoring

However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ONUNDI.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Scrape or harvest data
• Use bots or automated systems
• Lease, sell, or sublicense ONUNDI
• Attempt to breach security

3. Ownership

All code, software, designs, and features belong exclusively to ONUNDI. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content.

4. Updates

We may provide updates or modify features at any time without prior notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of the Terms or applicable laws.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability is strictly limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, consistent with our Terms of Service.

This DPA is incorporated into ONUNDI's Terms of Service.

• ONUNDI = Data Processor

2. Subject Matter

We process personal data solely to deliver the Platform's functionality.

3. Nature & Purpose

Processing includes:

• Authentication
• Hosting
• Messaging
• Profile management
• Security

4. Categories of Data

• Names
• Emails
• Profile details
• IP addresses
• Messages
• Activity logs

5. Data Processor Obligations

We:

• Process data only under your instructions
• Use appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Ensure staff confidentiality
• Assist with GDPR rights requests
• Notify you of data breaches without undue delay
• Maintain logs and records of processing activities

6. Subprocessors

We use third-party processors such as:

• Firebase (Google)
• Stripe
• Cloudflare

All subprocessors provide GDPR-level protections.

7. International Transfers

Transfers outside the EEA use EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Retention

We process data only as long as necessary. Users can delete their accounts at any time.

9. Termination

Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law.
