1. General Information

ONUNDI ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform for content creators and other professionals to discover each other, communicate, and collaborate. All information, profiles, projects, and messages on the Platform are user-generated. We do not create, verify, or endorse user content.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, business advice, or employment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on anything encountered on ONUNDI.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee another user's identity, skills, reliability, or intentions, that a collaboration will succeed, or that any project posted on the Platform is genuine. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgement before entering into any collaboration or agreement.

4. Third-Party Links and Interactions

ONUNDI may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Interactions with other users, including any off-platform collaboration, are solely between the users involved.

Community Guidelines

ONUNDI exists for creative and professional collaboration. It is not a sexual or adult-content platform. By using ONUNDI, you agree to these Community Guidelines, which form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Be professional

Treat other users respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, abuse, blackmail, deliberately deceive or sexually harass another user.

2. No sexual solicitation

Do not use ONUNDI to seek sex, request sexual encounters, send unwanted sexual propositions, disguise sexual requests as collaborations, or pressure creators into sexual participation.

3. No pornography

Do not advertise, upload, distribute, request or recruit for pornography or sexually explicit content.

4. No adult-industry recruitment

ONUNDI may not be used to recruit people for pornography, explicit subscription content, sexual livestreaming, webcam sex, escort work, prostitution, sexual performances, fetish sexual services or similar adult entertainment — even if the profile or advertisement itself contains no explicit image.

5. Zero tolerance for sexual activity involving minors

Anyone under 18 is a minor for the purposes of this rule, regardless of ONUNDI's own 16+ platform eligibility age. Sexual communication with minors, grooming, sexualisation, requesting intimate images from minors, or recruiting minors into adult content is strictly prohibited. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent account termination without prior warning and may be referred to competent authorities where appropriate. See our full Child Safety Policy below.

6. No exploitation

Do not pressure people into sexual activity, exploit vulnerability, misrepresent a sexual project as ordinary modelling, threaten to release intimate images, or facilitate trafficking.

7. No scams

Do not impersonate others, create fraudulent collaborations, solicit money through deception, or obtain credentials or identity documents under false pretences.

8. No illegal activity

Do not use ONUNDI to facilitate unlawful activity.

9. Off-platform behaviour

Moving a prohibited collaboration to another service does not make it acceptable. If ONUNDI was used to arrange prohibited conduct, we may enforce these Guidelines.

10. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, we may remove material, restrict functionality, suspend an account or permanently terminate an account. We are not required to warn you before taking action unless applicable law requires otherwise. Serious violations can result in immediate permanent termination.

Child Safety Policy

ONUNDI has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse. This applies to anyone under 18, regardless of ONUNDI's own platform eligibility age.

1. Age requirements

ONUNDI's general minimum age to hold an account is 16; paid subscriptions require 18 (see Terms Section 2). If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 16, we may suspend or terminate it while assessing the matter. Regardless of our platform age requirements, every protection in this Child Safety Policy applies to anyone under 18 — international child-protection standards do not vary based on a platform's own eligibility rules.

2. Prohibited behaviour

Users must never: sexualise minors; groom minors; request intimate photographs from minors; share sexual content with minors; recruit minors for pornography; recruit minors for sexual performances; encourage minors to communicate sexually off-platform; arrange sexual meetings with minors; or facilitate exploitation or trafficking involving minors.

If you learn or reasonably suspect that a person you are communicating with is under 18, you must immediately stop any sexual or adult-oriented communication.

3. Immediate enforcement

Suspected child sexual exploitation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to competent authorities where required or permitted. No advance warning is required where immediate intervention is appropriate. Users should not conduct their own investigations into suspected child exploitation.

4. Reporting

Concerns should be reported to support@onundi.com. Reports involving suspected child exploitation are prioritised for urgent review (see Terms Section 16). Users should contact emergency or competent authorities directly where someone is in immediate danger.
